Another boost to growth and investment comes from the growing confidence in innovative and technological solutions to support recovery and to improve the efficiency, quality and quantity of crops. In fact, a recent survey by the BCS company shows that as many as 87% of farmers have "great confidence" in the technological transformations applied to agriculture.
As a result, 67.5% believe that the technologies currently present are useful for improving their daily business. The data concerning the sustainability of the sector is even more relevant: for 95.3%, technological innovations are essential for greater environmental sustainability.
The Italian agricultural sector obviously expects a quick return on technological investments, because of constant improvement of technologies, development of new sustainable solutions and ever better quality of machinery.
